Meet our Eco Committee for 2022-23!!

These boys and girls were voted on by their peers and they are delighted to be part of the school eco committee team. This year is very exciting as we hope to open our Pollinator Garden that was paid for by Live Here Love Here grant funding as part of Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful. We look forward to hearing what the Eco Committee have planned for our school.

The aim of the Eco Team is to look at our environment and improve it. 

Our school targets are to:

1. Biodiveristy 
2. Reduce waste and recycle
3. Healthy Living

The Eco Team also take part in duties around the school, such as, emptying the waste food bins, helping younger classes clean their yogurt pot/milk cartons so that they can be recycled. The ECO Team also go around the school on a daily basis and make sure all our lights, whiteboards and taps are turned off.
