Strabane Academy are hosting 3 Parent training workshops to be delivered by Middletown centre for Autism.
Please see attached flyer for parents of pupils with a diagnosis of ASD or who are awaiting an ASD assessment. They are more than welcome to attend the parent training with us. Parents are asked to confirm a place with the school office either by emailing info@strabaneacademy.strabane.ni.sch.uk or by telephoning us on 028 71882578.
We had great fun decorating our class pumpkins that were very kindly donated by Fulton’s Pumpkin Patch.

Thank you to Róisín from Young Enterprise who came to visit our school today. This morning she talked to Mr Campbells class about what a community is and how a community is made up. This afternoon she talked to the Year 5/6/7 pupils. They looked at importing and exporting goods, how different items of their uniform were imported from different countries and how they got to Artigarvan. They finished with a game about trading.
