Year 3 have been studying the work of Picasso on a Tuesday afternoon with Mrs Kane. They have recreated a piece of Picasso's work using oil pastels. Their next challenge is to create a self-portrait in the style of Picasso, choosing shapes and colours similar to those in his works. The children were so proud of their creations and are so keen to experiment with different media as the term progresses.

Children in NI ParentLine have sent a flyer for a new FREE parent resource Can I Get a Phone? The pack is designed to support parents with making the decision about whether they should get a smartphone for their child as well as supporting parents whose children currently have one.
