The children in Y 6/7 are really enjoying Accelerated reading. Have a look at the photos of them during AR time in class. We read for half an hour each day. Each child takes a quiz at the end of every book they’ve read and their progress is recorded.
If they get 100% in a quiz they get a stamp! If they get 4 stamps they get a free ticket for our Friday draw. They can also get a ticket for this for every 5 points they earn in AR each week.
Our weekly winners so far are Abigail, Emma, Adam D, Sarah-Jane, Megan O and Sam. Well done all !
