On Monday 42 pupils travelled to Castlederg High School for a cross-country running event. 🏃🏼♀️🏃
When we arrived we were given a number and the rules were explained to us.
The weather conditions were fantastic for running.

Year 3/4 went on a shape hunt today around our school grounds. We were able to find lots of circles, squares and rectangles but not so many triangles, hexagons and pentagons!!!
We were amazed at how many shapes are actually in our environment and we don’t really notice until we are looking for them! 🔴▪️🔺

Today we talked about the changes in our environment during Autumn. The boys and girls painted an Autumn tree using their arm and hand to draw the outline. I think you will agree that they have turned out to be very effective! Well done everyone 🍁🍂
