Off we went on our Spring walk around the village. We found daffodils, buds on trees, bird nests and baby lambs. After a successful walk we enjoyed a little play in the play park with our friends. A lovely day for sure!
We had lots of fun this week participating in lots of fun maths activities.

We also thought of our favourite numbers and created posters on these where we had to think of different facts and sums associated with our chosen number.

In numeracy we chose a variety of different sized books and measured the perimeter of them. We then estimated the word count of our current AR book.
I wonder who will get our reading award tomorrow in our star of the week assembly?
Just look at those masterpieces!
Y5/6 thought about their favourite book characters and created a guess who game board. We had to think of clues so that everyone in the school could try and guess who the characters were. It was tricky to make sure the clues weren’t too easy or too hard! Everyone really enjoyed participating in this for World Book Day.
Can you guess them all?
