Year 6/7 topic this term has been ‘What’s on your plate”? They have enjoyed learning all about food. They had lots of fun making reindeers using chocolate, marshmallows and pretzels in class.

A big thank you to Jamee and Jo for joining Nursery every Tuesday morning for the last 6 weeks. All the children (and staff!) love the songs, rhymes and musical instruments. Hopefully Jo Jingles will come back to Nursery later in the year!

What great fun we had this morning doing our daily mile ! And we had a surprise visitor! Santa came to check that we all completed our mile! 

It was cold but our amazing pupils loved coming together to take part in this special daily mile walk!

This week the Year 3’s and Year 4’s have been working on their Numeracy skills. They have been measuring things using loads of different objects, including their feet, their hands, a ruler, a meter stick and a trundle wheel. We have been using the word estimate to see how close we can get to the size of different objects. The boys and girls have really enjoyed this area in Numeracy
