Donna from Sustrans came to talk to us about safe journeys to school. We discussed the dangers on the roads and the hazards we must look for when travelling on foot, by bus, by car or on our bike. We used little roads, signs and vehicles to show a safe journey to school. Thank you Donna!

Kelly came to school today to collect all money donated by our generous families last week for the annual poppy appeal. A big thank you from Kelly who will send us a total when money is counted.
A special thank you to Elsie who sold handmade poppy items last week and raised £267 !
Thank you to everyone who sent in items for shoeboxes and filled shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Mrs Harper delivered 32 shoeboxes to the OCC Community Relations Coordinator Joanne Gallick, who thanked everyone in our school and nursery for their support. Each shoebox reaches the grateful hands of a child and transforms their lives and those of their wider family.
Thank you everyone ! 😊
Our school choir were delighted to attend Leckpatrick Parish Church to open their Festival of Remembrance. The church is looking fantastic and our choir sang beautifully. Thank you for inviting us along and remember to call in and visit the church this weekend if you are in the area. Have a look at our video and photographs.
